The following general sales and delivery conditions apply to all deliveries from Petites Pommes ApS. These conditions apply where no other written agreement exists between you as buyer and Petites Pommes ApS.

TIME OF DELIVERY AND TRANSPORTATION

At Petites Pommes we strive to make your shopping experience as smooth and efficient as possible. We will deliver your package to any address of your choice, anywhere in Europe.

Your Petites Pommes order will be sent to you from our warehouse within 1-3 days from ordering.  During holidays and peak times such as sales, there might be a slight delay in processing time. We strive to keep you informed of the process. 

Your can choose your preferred mode of shipping when placing your order. The freight charge will depend on chosen delivery form and country. Shipping is free in Europe for all orders that have a value of EUR 100 or above.

PLACING ORDERS

All prices of our products include VAT and other taxes. Please however be advised that orders from outside of the European Union may be subject to custom fees upon arrival in your country. These expenses are not covered by Petites Pommes. All orders placed must be made by credit card. You can pay with the following cards in the Petites Pommes webshop: Visa, Visa Electron, and mastercard. 

Different cards issue different fees. The fee for using different credit cards is stated at checkout. The amount will be debited your credit card once the order is shipped from the Petites Pommes warehouse. The amount charged to your account will be the same as approved by you when ordering. 

Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery packages.

RETURNS AND CLAIMS

Petites Pommes offers a 14 day right of cancellation from the day you receive your product. Should you for any reason want to return your Petites Pommes product, you may send it back to us for an exchange or refund. All products must be returned unused and with original packaging intact. 

Should you wish to cancel your purchase, we kindly ask you to return the product together with the completed return form included in your original packaging. Should you have lost your return form, please contact us at info@petites-pommes.com to receive a new one. 

Once your return has been received and approved, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please note that returning costs are at the buyer's own expense.

We recommend for all products to be returned with a tracking number in order to track the returned goods, and in the unfortunate event should it be lost while in transit. 

All products must be returned in appropriate packaging. Any Petites Pommes products that are returned in damaged condition due to inadequate packaging will not be accepted.

In the case of receiving a defect product, or experiencing a delivery that has gone missing, you should file it as a claim by sending an email to info@petites-pommes.com. Your claim will be accepted and refunded given that the complaint is just and the defect is not a result of mistreatment of the product or other damage-causing conduct. A claim should be reported to Petites Pommes within a reasonable time from receiving the goods. For accepted claims, freight expenses will also be refunded. You will have the possibility to have your product replaced by a new product, or to cancel your purchase and receive a refund. 

In accordance with EU legislation, the right to issue a complaint ends two years after receiving a product. 

PRODUCT WARRANTY 

Petites Pommes offers a 2 years warranty on all products. The warranty excludes defects resulting from excessive wear, tear or deterioration, defects or damages directly or indirectly caused by misuse, poor maintenance, accident, corrosion or other external cause, repairs or modifications not authorised by Petites Pommes.

UNCOLLECTED ORDERS                

If you do not collect your package from the agreed delivery point, we take the liberty to debit all freight expenses once the package returns to Petites Pommes.
