GENERAL INFORMATION

The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale concern the offer and sale of products on the website www.petites-pommes.com, owned and maintained by Petites Pommes ApS, Lyngbyvej 83A, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark, VAT no. DK39266075.

ORDERING

Petites Pommes webshop is open 24 hours a day, but might temporarily be down for maintenance. To place an order online with us, you must be 18 years of age and have a valid credit card. 

Orders placed through Petites Pommes' webshop are intended for private use, and may not be re-sold for commercial purposes.

How to Order

  1. Find your desired product and select colour and size. Then click “ADD TO CART” or "BUY IT NOW".
    1. In the shopping cart, you will have to agree to our terms and conditions to proceed to select the “CHECKOUT” button at the bottom of the page.
  2. Continue through the checkout process, and choose either:
    • to fill in your details, including name, shipping address, e-mail etc, or
    • create a customer account for future use.
  3. You can review your order before proceeding to next step. 
  4. Click “CONTINUE TO SHIPPING” when you have filled out the information form.
  5. Please double check that your shipping address is entered correctly. Choose your shipping method, and then click "CONTINUE TO PAYMENT".
  6. When you have entered your credit card information and clicked on the “COMPLETE ORDER” button, you have made a binding offer for the purchase of the items you have chosen.
  7. At this stage your order is still subject to our acceptance. When we have accepted your order, we will obtain an authorisation from your credit card company for the amount on the order. We will not withdraw money from your card at this stage, but the amount might be reserved on your account. This procedure follows a standardised process for banks and credit card companies. If your credit card is not authorised, your order will not be processed further, and you will be contacted by e-mail with further information.
  8. When placing an order with us, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that includes the terms and conditions for your order.

SECURE PAYMENT

We accept Visa, VisaDankort, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, Maestro, American Express, Shop Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The payment is charged when your order is packed and ready to be dispatched. No credit card fees are charged by Petites Pommes. The amount charged to your account will be the same as approved by you when ordering. Payment is processed via Shopify and an approved and certified secure payment solution.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, but kindly note that slight delays might occur during holidays and peak times. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 CET.  

All orders are shipped with selected courier partners from our warehouse in Denmark. You will receive an e-mail with shipping information when your order is on its way. Kindly note that delays may occur on international shipping if, for example, the package is being held at customs. Petites Pommes ApS is not responsible for any shipping delays once an order is in transit and has been handed over to the courier.

If your package has been delivered to a collection point, please make sure to collect it in time, before it is returned to our warehouse. If your package is not collected on time and as a result is being returned to our warehouse, Petites Pommes will not cover the incurred shipping costs. Shipping fee for the shipment as well as the return of your order will then be deducted from the refund. 

Europe
Petites Pommes offers free delivery in Europe on all orders above €150. For orders below €150 the shipping cost is calculated at checkout and depends on the shipping destination. Customers ordering to Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom will be liable to pay local taxes and duties upon receiving an order, for which Petites Pommes do not accept liability.

Countries outside of Europe
On all orders outside of Europe, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout and depends on the shipping destination. 

Depending on your order size and location, you may be liable to pay local import taxes and duties upon receiving your order, for which Petites Pommes cannot accept liability. The refusal to pay such fees will result in a cancellation of the order. Transportation costs and custom clearance costs associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the total amount refunded to you.

VAT
Prices displayed on our webshop includes Danish VAT of 25%.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancellation before the order is shipped 
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your order if our warehouse has already started processing it. If you want to cancel an order, please send us an email with Subject “CANCEL MY ORDER” at your earliest convenience to customercare@petites-pommes.com. Don't forget to state your order ID. We will reply with a confirmation as to whether your request was received in due time. If the warehouse has already started processing the order, we kindly request you to receive your ordered items and then return them to us for a refund. Please be informed that the shipping fee will be deducted your refund amount. 

Cancellation rights 
Petites Pommes offers a 15 days cancellation period, which expires 15 days after the day on which you received your order. If you have ordered several items in the same purchase, and they are delivered separately, the period begins on the day you received the last item.

This means that you have 15 days after receiving the goods to let us know that you want to cancel a purchase. Please send an e-mail to customercare@petites-pommes.com and request to receive a return form. It is not possible to cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods.

Cancelling part of the purchase
If you have bought more than one item from us, you may return one or several items, even if they were bought in a single order. Please note that freight charges will not be refunded if you cancel part of your purchase.

Exchange of an item
If you wish to exchange an item for another size, style or colour, please place a new order in our webshop and return the item you wish to exchange. For information about how to return an item we refer to the section "Returning Purchased Items".


RETURNS

Returning purchased Items 
After informing us that you would like to cancel your purchase, you have 15 days to return the products to us. Thus, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. All products must be returned unused and with original packaging intact. We kindly ask you to return the product together with the completed return form. Once your return has been received and approved, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please note that return shipping cost is at the buyer's own expense.

We recommend for all products to be returned with a tracking number, in the unfortunate event should it be lost while in transit. Please note that we only accept packages sent directly to the above-mentioned address of Petites Pommes’ warehouse. We do not accept returns sent to drop-off’s and collection points.

All products must be returned in appropriate and original packaging. Any products that are returned in damaged condition due to inadequate packaging will not be accepted. If the items returned are in a state where their value is reduced, and the reason is that you have used it in any way beyond what was necessary to check the properties of the article, then Petites Pommes cannot proceed with the issuance of a full refund. 

In the case of receiving a defect product, or experiencing a delivery that has gone missing, you should file it as a claim by sending an email to customercare@petites-pommes.com. Your claim will be accepted and refunded given that the complaint is just and the defect is not a result of mistreatment of the product or other damage-causing conduct. A claim should be reported to Petites Pommes within a reasonable time from receiving the goods. For accepted claims, freight expenses will also be refunded. You will have the possibility to have your product replaced by a new product, or to cancel your purchase and receive a refund. 

In accordance with EU legislation, the right to issue a complaint ends two years after receiving a product. 

Refund of the purchase sum
The refund will take place within two weeks after receiving your returned items in our warehouse. We will refund you through the same means of payment which you used for the purchase. It is not possible to get the refund credited to another debit/credit card account than the one originally used - even if the item was received as a gift. We may hold back the payment until we have received the article in our warehouse. 

PRODUCT WARRANTY 

Petites Pommes offers a 2 years warranty on all products. The warranty excludes defects resulting from excessive wear, tear or deterioration, defects or damages directly or indirectly caused by misuse, poor maintenance, accident, corrosion or other external cause, repairs or modifications not authorised by Petites Pommes.

COMPLAINTS

Right to make complaints
When you trade with us as a consumer, the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies. This means that when you have purchased from our webshop you have a right to complain within 24 months. If the product was purchased at one of our retail partners, please contact the point of purchase directly. You should issue the complaint within a reasonable time after you have discovered a defect. A complaint within two months after the defect has been discovered, it will always be regarded as within a reasonable time.

We always carry out quality inspections during production, but cannot completely avoid the risk that small production defects sometimes may occur. We regret the possibility that you should receive a faulty product. In such instance, we kindly ask you to send us an e-mail at customercare@petites-pommes.com. Please attach a photo and description of the item, as well as your order number. If the claim is approved and justifiedyou can choose between receiving a replacement, a refund, or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific characteristics of your case. 

If a refund is approved, you will receive the refund no later than 14 days after we have approved the complaint. If the complaint is justified, and you have sent us the item, we will refund your freight costs (within reason). The item must always be retuned in suitable packaging. Remember also to keep the receipt for your return shipping cost, so that we can include this cost in our refund.

Should you wish to issue a complaint about your purchase, please contact us by sending an e-mail to info@petites-pommes.com. We will always strive to do our utmost in finding a solution to your complaint. Should you not be pleased with our handling of your case, you may forward a complaint to the Danish Appeals Boards Authority:
