TIME OF DELIVERY AND TRANSPORTATION
At Petites Pommes we strive to make your shopping experience as smooth and efficient as possible. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, but kindly note that slight delays might occur during holidays and peak times. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 CET. We strive to keep you informed of the process.
Your can choose your preferred mode of shipping when placing your order. The freight cost will depend on the chosen courier and shipping destination. Shipping is free in Europe for orders of EUR 150 and above.
All orders are shipped with selected courier partners from our warehouse in Denmark. You will receive an e-mail with shipping information when your order is on its way. Kindly note that delays may occur on international shipping if, for example, the package is being held at customs. Petites Pommes ApS is not responsible for any shipping delays once an order is in transit and has been handed over to the courier.
Depending on your order size and location, you may be liable to pay local import taxes and duties upon receiving your order, for which Petites Pommes cannot accept liability. The refusal to pay such fees will result in a cancellation of the order. Transportation costs and custom clearance costs associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the total amount refunded to you.
If your package has been delivered to a collection point, please make sure to collect it in time, before it is returned to our warehouse. If your package is not collected on time and as a result is being returned to our warehouse, Petites Pommes will not cover the incurred shipping costs. Shipping fee for the shipment as well as the return of your order will then be deducted from the refund.
